You can change the '1' before years to a different number.
You can change the '1' before year to a different number.
You can change the '5' before minutes to a different number.
You can change the '75' before minutes to a different number.
You can change the '2' before hours to a different number.
You can change the '2000' before seconds to a different number. This is a good calculator for cadence for steps, jumping rope or abdominal curls. For example 1000 reps at 2 seconds per rep would be 2000 seconds. Then you can figure how many minutes that will take -- just over 33 minutes.
