Warm-up
Light activity to prepare the body for more intense
activity. The warm-up increases body temperature, making
the body tissues more pliable. Warm-ups also improve
reaction time and prepare the circulatory system and
metabolic system for increased energy output.

The most essential nutrient -- H2O.
Watt
A power rating equal to One Joule per Second.
Weight
The force due to gravity on a body near the surface of
the earth. The mass of an object times the acceleration
due to gravity.

The action period of the body during activity from
touchdown to maximum flexion of the knee.

A scalar product of force times distance.

Relationship
The amount of work done equals the change in
energy.

Memory
The memory that is actively being used to make decisions
while acquiring new information or retrieving information
from the long -term memory of the brain.
