the plan of effective, safe and progressive physical
training. Frequency is defined as the number of exercise
sessions per week. Intensity refers to the amount of
effort, such as the amount of weight lifted, the speed of
a lift or run. Time refers to the duration of the
exercise in minutes.

childbearing age for the purpose of helping prevent birth
defects.
