Eccentric
Action
A muscle contraction that occurs while a muscle is
lengthening. If a muscle were totally relaxed without
eccentric contractions, the affected body part would drop
like a rock.
Electrolytes are minerals that help regulate fluid balance, nerve
conduction and muscle contraction.

Feel
The perception and sensation of a joint at the limit of
its range of motion.
Ergonomics
An applied science of mulitiple disciplines that involves
usage, design, engineering, psychology, physiology and
the arranging and organizing objects people use and the
environments and situations they experience so that the
interface and performance with an object or environment
is optimally efficient and safe. Particular attention is
placed upon observing how humans perform with or use an
object or environment, and how the human use or response
to the environment produces errors or cause fatigue,
injury or illness. Ergonomics is also known as Human
Factors.
