CAPTCHA
Abbreviation for “Completely Automated Public Turing test to tell Computers and Humans Apart”. Word and letter verification images you need to type in to show you are human and not a bot. CAPTCHA is used to block automated spam comments and to help verify that a human is registering for a new account.

The study of communication and control processes in biological, mechanical, and electronic systems, including the comparison of processes in biological and artificial systems.
