SPRI Tubing

Baseball Players ...
All Little League, High School, College and Professional Baseball Teams should have SPRI resistance tubing near the dugout to keep shoulder rotation action warmed up, in tune and ready to perform. Throwing is an intense, high velocity action with high forces on the glenohumeral joint and rotator cuff tendons. It is NOT SMART to sit on the bench and let your shoulders go cold when your team is at bat. Learn to work internal and external shoulder rotation at various angles. Attach the tubing to a fence post or backstop in a safe, aware position from the playing field.
